OUR REASON FOR BEING...
Summertime in the City, sponsored by the New York NASP Foundation* is being held to benefit the Wall Street Finance and Scholastic Training and Mentoring Program (FAST Track). The program was created in 1998 by the New York Chapter of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP-NY), an organization representing minorities and women in the financial industry.

The mission of the FAST Track program is to provide a vehicle whereby high school students can interact with industry leaders who can introduce them to a variety of disciplines on Wall Street. They also receive assistance in the college application process, access to internships, and have an opportunity to qualify for college scholarships.
