2014 Annual Conference

Sustaining Growth & Profitability: Maximizing Global Opportunities & Mitigating Risk

NASP's Pension and Financial Services Conference is one of the most respected and influential industry events which consistently attracts an impressive group of investment professionals, corporate treasurers, public trustees, asset allocation experts, municipal issuers and world-recognized economists. This celebration of diversity and achievement provides a forum to build relationships, enhance knowledge and source new business opportunities.

The 25th Annual Pension and Financial Services Conference was held from June 23 to June 25, 2014 at The Fairmont San Francisco. Approximately 600 attendees representing  a cross-section of the financial services industry attended including  close to 150 fiduciaries including trustees, CIO’s, and staff representing more than 60 pension funds from city, state and federal plans as well as foundations, and endowments.

Over 80 Corporate Partners and Sponsors supported this year's conference.  Corporate partners and sponsors included minority- and women-owned firms along with large multi-service corporations and federal agencies.

The 2 1/2 day conference program included over 140 speakers, instructors, panelists and moderators from the institutional investment arena, corporate finance, municipal finance, wealth management, talent acquisition, and supplier diversity.  In addition, the NASP Institute focused on pension fund, endowment, and foundation Trustees and Investment Staff education and the Professional Development Series held workshops exploring innovative strategies to develop a successful career in the industry.
