The registration fee for attending the 19th Annual Pension and Financial Services Conference includes all general sessions, workshops, meals, refreshments, special events and registration materials.

Payment should be made in advance using company or personal check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Complete the information, and mail the form with your payment. Please make checks payable to National Association of Securities Professionals and write the name of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. Mail completed form and payment to NASP headquarters: 727 15th Street, NW, Suite 750 Washington 20005.

Registration deadline is June 2, 2008. If payment is not received prior to the deadline, participants will be expected to pay on-site registration fees or provide proof of payment before being admitted to the Conference.

Members must be in good financial standing at the time of registration. Please visit www.NASPhq.org to pay now or include dues with your conference fees. Non-members wishing to join NASP receive a substantial discount at the time of registration.

Associates, non-voting members, must fit into one of the following categories: Trustee, plan sponsor, allied professional, government official or regulatory agent. If you have questions about whether you qualify as an associate member, please call NASP headquarters at (202) 371-5535.

ATTIRE

Business attire is appropriate for all daily sessions. Festive attire is suggested for the evening social events. Travers Bell Dinner Gala is black tie optional.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend, a prompt refund less a $250 administrative fee ($75 for Associates & Students) will be returned if we receive the cancellation in writing two weeks prior to the start of the Conference (by June 9, 2008). Substitutions of enrolled attendees may be made at any time with written notification. Registered attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are responsible for the entire fee.

LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER

The National Association of Securities Professionals shall not be responsible for personal accidents, losses or damage to personal property of registered delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the National Association of Securities Professionals cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates.

The National Association of Securities Professionals reserves the right to make changes to the program or speakers or to cancel the program if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the program is not held for any reason, liability is limited to the conference fee only.
