Based on the success of some State and Local governments to mandate the inclusion of minorities and women in their financial services providers, NASP has argued that no less should be done by the Federal government and Federal government agencies. This session will review research compiled on this topic, provide examples of best practices in financial services provider diversity and document NASP’s initiatives on bringing this issue to light on Capitol Hill.
